This 10-day safari combines Tanzania’s Northern Circuit with a relaxing Zanzibar beach experience. You will visit Tarangire, Serengeti, Ngorongoro Crater, and end with Zanzibar’s white sandy beaches and clear waters. See elephants, lions, giraffes, zebras, and flamingos in the parks. Day 1: Arrival in Arusha
Arrive at Kilimanjaro International Airport and transfer to your hotel in Arusha. Meet your guide and attend a safari briefing. Overnight in Arusha.
Day 2: Arusha to Tarangire National Park
Drive from Arusha to Tarangire National Park. Enjoy a game drive in the afternoon to spot elephants, giraffes, and zebras. Overnight at a lodge near the park.
Day 3: Full Day in Tarangire National Park
Spend the full day exploring Tarangire. Morning and afternoon game drives give you chances to see lions, leopards, and large herds of elephants. Return to your lodge for overnight stay.
Day 4: Tarangire to Serengeti National Park
After breakfast, drive to Serengeti through the Ngorongoro Highlands. Afternoon game drive in Serengeti to see lions, cheetahs, zebras, and wildebeest. Overnight at a tented camp or lodge inside Serengeti.
Day 5: Full Day in Serengeti National Park
Morning and afternoon game drives in Serengeti. You may witness the Great Migration (seasonal) or predator-prey interactions. Optional: hot air balloon ride at sunrise. Visit a Maasai village to learn about local culture. Overnight at the same lodge or camp.
Day 6: Serengeti to Ngorongoro Crater
Morning game drive in Serengeti. Drive to Ngorongoro Crater and stop at a Maasai village en route. Descend into the crater for a game drive and picnic lunch. Overnight at a lodge on the crater rim.
Day 7: Ngorongoro Crater to Arusha
Morning game drive inside Ngorongoro Crater. After lunch, ascend to the rim and drive back to Arusha. Overnight in Arusha.
Day 8: Arusha to Zanzibar
Take a morning flight from Arusha to Zanzibar. Transfer to your beach hotel or resort. Afternoon at leisure to relax on the white sandy beach. Overnight in Zanzibar.
Day 9: Full Day in Zanzibar
Explore Stone Town with its historic streets, spice farms, and local markets. Afternoon snorkeling or diving to see coral reefs and tropical fish. Evening at leisure on the beach. Overnight in Zanzibar.
Day 10: Zanzibar Departure
Depending on your flight schedule, enjoy a final morning on the beach or visit local attractions. Transfer to Zanzibar Airport for departure.
